• Eligibility for Malaysia Immigration from India
  1. You may be eligible for a tourist visa if you show Intent to visit Malaysia for tourism purposes, have a valid passport with at least six months of validity, proof of accommodation and financial means for the duration of stay and a return flight ticket.
  2. For Business Visa, proof of intent to engage in business activities in Malaysia is required along with an invitation letter from a Malaysian company or organisation and proof of business activities, such as meeting schedules or conference details.
  3. Offer of employment from a Malaysian employer is required in case of an Employment Pass.
  4. Students need to show admission acceptance from a recognised Malaysian educational institution and Proof of financial means to cover tuition fees and living expenses.
  5. To be eligible for a Long Term Social Visit Visa, intended for individuals visiting family members or for longer term, Proof of relationship and purpose of the visit is required.
